Meet Our Breathwave Therapist

Dr. Lula Plumb Chiropractor & Breathwave Facilitator

As a Chiropractor and Breathwave Facilitator, Dr. Lula combines bodywork and breathwork to create a powerful pathway back to yourself. Each month at The Somatic Healing Center, she guides a group breathwork journey using the Breathwave method. Through the power of conscious, connected breathing, you'll have the opportunity to quiet your mind, open to what lies beneath the surface, and return home to yourself with greater clarity, presence, and ease. In a group setting, intention is amplified, experiences are deepened, and a sense of connection naturally emerges—both within yourself and with each other.

Lula will be offering Breathwave groups monthly on Saturdays.
