Meet Our Movement Therapist

Melody Christensen, Yoga and Sound Healing

Melody is a dedicated massage therapist and reiki master. She combines her knowledge of the body into her yoga practice. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all levels, body types, and ages. Melody offers small group classes of integrative style yoga and sound healing with crystal singing bowls and reiki. She also offers one on one therapeutic yoga sessions that are personally tailored to the individual and their specific needs, whether it's focusing on injury recovery or personal health goals.

Melody will be offering yoga and sound healing on Sundays and Mondays.
